• Annual Building Warrant of Fitness Inspections:

  • (ss4) Emergency Lighting Systems:

  After conducting inspections, we provide detailed reports on the compliance status of each specified system. These reports serve as the basis for the Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF), which we can help prepare and submit to the relevant local authorities to ensure your building remains compliant.
